Often discount is associated with cheap out of style goods or services but this is not the case with Rue La La... Very classy styles with discount, love it! The app make it easy to find stuff on the go, I just hope they will add a search options where you can search keywords throughout the website!!!

Ive been a big fan of Rue for a long time. They have such a great variety of products and services, in a range of prices. My items have always arrived on time and in good condition. The few times Ive had to contact customer service they were extremely supportive, helpful and very kind. I tell people about RueLala all the time

I love Rue La La but the app suffers from a peculiar glitch. If you have any items in your shopping cart and your phone powers off the app purchases all the items in your shopping cart automatically. Recently I was charged for over 900.00 this way. While the order can be cancelled it took over eight days for the charges to drop off of my account. Rue Lala stated that they were well aware of this glitch and told me that they were working on it. This has happened to me three times over the course of two years which seems like a considerable amount of time to fix something that doesnt happen in any other shopping app. I will sadly be deleting this from my phone.

I absolutely love RueLaLa! Great products and discounts. The only things that get me crazy is you have to tell it EVERY TIME what sizes you need. Also, shipping takes way too long. If those two things were fixed, it would be 5 star all the way.

Love the app. Very user friendly. Many images to view the item. Stupid review panel though. My whole review was gone and have to write whole thing over after I hit "send", and received a message: "the nickname has been taken..."

I always check to see the latest for sale. I have ordered several things and the mobile app is just as great as the regular web version.

I like to order from Rue LaLa,but when you says still want it, Im looking for it to come and I cant see the still want it items.However,youll dont let customers know when the sales starts.Some things I like but they dont have my size when I go to the site.

It is not always easy to achieve total bliss/ happiness when buying gifts for daughters, sons, daughters-in-laws, sons-in-laws, a plethora of grandchildren, friends and myself. Somehow my internal alarm clock jars me sharply prior to a Rue event or Stylethon. My fingers begin to itch and twitch so that I can make the dash to the computer in my office with the knowledge that I will find (if I am lucky) to find the perfect treat for someone I love. When I receive the email confirmation, my heart does a happy dance envisioning the smiles of pleasure and excitement on the faces of the recipients! Now that most of the grandchildren are (almost) or actually in. their teens, they e mail hints or queries to me which are no longer quite as subtle. All I can say is Viva lRue with fingers crossed and feel replete with the joy of giving.

App should be able to filter by size (eg size 11 shoes) instead it tells you it has but still displays all shoes. Step your game up.
