I love this site. It offers mid-level designer goods in a variety of sizes. I wear size 12 shoe and size 16 clothing. Some other sites disregard the full figured ladies who like nice things. An expansion of size offerings into Womens World could be lucrative. Many sites just have cheapo vendors

I have been using this app for a while and love it!

(After recent update in Oct 2016, app not loading even after waiting a minute. Finally it loads to coming soon page. Clicking on boutiques crashes the app). Took one star away for no refund of the shipping fee unless you want store credit. Since a business like this necessitates returns often, its a policy to re examine

I have been a Rue La La member for a while and I like the app but I was just shopping right now and something disappeared out of my cart - For a second time. Im annoyed because it shows that if you really want something, you have to purchase that one thing right then ... and I would suggest individually buying each item as you add it to your cart because otherwise, it may BE REMOVED FROM YOUR CART WHILE YOURE STILL SHOPPING. And then be sold out. Imagine if that happened in a store? I would go bananas on someone. But apparently since we dont face RLL staff, its ok for them to do this. Its a huge turn off.

I love the items. I love that you pay $9.95 shipping for 30 days. And Ive never experienced problems with the app.

Love the app and the site. Great deals. Doublecheck prices though because some items are actually more expensive on RLL, and others are cheaper.

If USPS loses a package, RLL will not issue a credit until the package is found and returned to them. Only way around it is to dispute the credit card charge.

I love Rue la la I just wish they would get some larger real sizes

Rue LaLa has allowed me to have the highest quality, latest trend items at prices within my budget. I love getting fabulous gifts for birthdays and holidays, clothes for my boys and husband, and I have even bought furniture and paintings. Everything is authentic and shipped quickly. I am totally addicted!!!

I am very glad I found this wonderful and amazing website, I love the stuff I bought, because its very hard to find them, most of time. I despise going to downtown Chicago and very unfortunate I cannot find what I am or was looking for, thank RUE LA LA

I love this site and peruse it everyday. Great products and customer service but would love to see higher quality home furnishings at discounted prices and more choices for plus size people. Maybe include information if products require assembly and allow better return polices on furnishings. Giving 3 stars due to app closing frequently in middle of browsing and have to start particular sale all over again, very annoying and frustrating. Otherwise would have given a 4 star rating. Never experienced this in all past. Also prices have seemed to increase since inception and dont buy as frequently as did in past.

Rue La La has great deals on everything I need. I love the variety and prices of the brands that I use. I like the yearly one time shipping fee. Its a great deal!
