Started using RueLala way back when it first started years ago. A big fan first but then when to other sites like my Habit which unfortunately is closed now. Good experience over all but some improvements can be done such as faster shipping n more accurate tracking of shipments. Also mobile phone app user can not exclude sold items when browsing for sales while computer users can, etc. things like that. Like I said great but still need to keep making improvements if you really want to keep your shoppers to have that exceptional shopping experience.
Ive been a big fan of Rue for a long time. They have such a great variety of products and services, in a range of prices. My items have always arrived on time and in good condition. The few times Ive had to contact customer service they were extremely supportive, helpful and very kind. I tell people about RueLala all the time
Rue la la is a great site. I was recently robbed and my entire Pandora collection is gone. I have been buying Pandora for 15 years. I was able to find some of my retired Pandora pieces on rue la la at a great price. They are the real thing! I received my purchases within days. Now I am have some of my jewelry that was stolen at a decent price. So thank you Rue la la!!!
Super professional people, I buy things on rue very often and never had any issues, great costumer service, rue la la deserves a 5 stars rating without any doubt.
Great deals if you are in need of the things they sell. However this app would not be good for a recovering impulse shopaholic

Some bad moments
I have given RLL multiple chances, but they have significant problems with their shipping including long delays in shipping, sending the wrong product, sending another persons order, and never sending an order. It takes multiple emails and calls to RLL, as well as several weeks to resolve any problem.
For example, I received a box from RLL. Instead of my order, the box contained a different product and a packing slip addressed to another person. RLL informed me that a credit would be issued after I sent the erroneous shipment back to their company. Even after RLL confirmed they had received the returned item, I had to call RLL several times and it took RLL several weeks to "process" the order and finally issue a refund for their mistake.
Unable to sign in with Facebook. Account has been locked out. Requested new password. Email with setup link has not been sent.
Good discount but every time I tried to check my order with my credit card account. Some numbers dont match. Its weird, and hard to calculate. One time I thought they charged me more. Anyway, good discount.
I have been a Rue La La member for a while and I like the app but I was just shopping right now and something disappeared out of my cart - For a second time. Im annoyed because it shows that if you really want something, you have to purchase that one thing right then ... and I would suggest individually buying each item as you add it to your cart because otherwise, it may BE REMOVED FROM YOUR CART WHILE YOURE STILL SHOPPING. And then be sold out. Imagine if that happened in a store? I would go bananas on someone. But apparently since we dont face RLL staff, its ok for them to do this. Its a huge turn off.
If USPS loses a package, RLL will not issue a credit until the package is found and returned to them. Only way around it is to dispute the credit card charge.
There are great deals on this site and app, I recommend to all.
